we are serving breakfast weekdays from 06:30 am until 10:00 am and at the weekend from 07:00 am until 10:30 am.
We kindly would like to let you know that we do have air conditioning in all our Hotel rooms as well as in public areas.
In our Superior rooms, we offer both options. Some rooms feature a one-piece double bed for couples or those who prefer a single large bed, while others may have two single beds that can be joined together for flexibility. You choose!
there is a non-smoking ban in Bavaria, so it not allowed to smoke inside the Hotel. In the Business and comfort categoeries you have a balcony on which you can smoke.
Despite the fact that our front desk is not open between 11pm and 6:30am, check in is still possible during this time. On the day of arrival we will send you all necessary information including the PIN code for the safety key box.
We offer parking spaces in the underground garage or for large cars/transporters some spaces in the courtyard for 18€ per space and night. Please book in advance as there are only a limited number available.

the whole hotel is nonsmoking; you can only smoke outside or on a balcony if you booked a room with balcony(Comfort and Business Rooms have one)
Dear guest, it depends on the room category. Suite, Deluxe room and business room: 1 bed (1.80m wide and 2:00m long) with two mattresses. Superior room and comfort room: 1 bed with one mattress (1.60m wide and 2.00m long). Best regards Hotel Metropol

all our rooms do have a little minibar which is empty.
our rooms are generally not equipped with a kettle but we could provide one if required. PLease advise if we should put one in your room.

We do not offer a daily room cleaning but for long stays we can take the trash out of the room every day and clean your room completely all 3 days for ex. If you wish your bed to be done daily, we could also arrange this service.
